1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or utilizing any services provided by Lawn Care and Snow Service, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all current and future services requested by the client.

2. Description of Services

Lawn Care and Snow Service provides seasonal exterior property maintenance, including but not limited to lawn mowing, edging, aeration, fertilization, snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing. The specific scope of work, frequency, and pricing will be detailed in the individual service agreement or quote provided to each client.

3. Scheduling and Weather-Dependent Service Notes

We prioritize reliability; however, our operations are strictly weather-dependent.

• Snow Service: Dispatch occurs automatically when accumulation reaches the agreed-upon threshold (e.g., 2 inches). Timings fluctuate based on the severity and duration of the winter event.
• Lawn Care: Services scheduled on days with heavy rain or extreme heat warnings may be postponed to the next available dry day to prevent turf damage and ensure operator safety.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices for recurring services are issued on a monthly basis and are due upon receipt. One-time or special project services require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remainder due upon completion. Late payments exceeding 15 days from the invoice date may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and local checks.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lawn Care and Snow Service takes the utmost care in performing our duties. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, items left hidden in the grass or snow (e.g., hoses, toys, sprinkler heads), or minor unavoidable scuffs to hardscaping during mechanical snow removal. Clients must ensure their property is clear of obstacles prior to scheduled service days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
